Neverwinter MMO Reveals Guardian Fighter Class

The Guardian Fighter is the new class that developer Cryptic is revealing for the upcoming Neverwinter MMO, giving players a chance to see its abilities in action in a short video taken from the beta stage of the game.

The official description of the class reads, “Always methodical and never reckless, their style of style is geared towards those who are analytical in a combat situation. If you are willing to selflessly sacrifice your body for the safety of your party, then the Guardian Fighter is the hero for you.”

The game takes players to the biggest city in the Forgotten Realms setting of the Dungeons & Dragons universe and allows them to create a unique character and deal with the effects of the Spellplague.

The Neverwinter MMO will be offered on the PC later during the year.
