It's time for another round of exciting infographics from a popular massively multiplayer online role-playing game, this time the stats breakdown coming from Neverwinter, Perfect World Entertainment and Cryptic Studios' interpretation of the Dungeons & Dragons universe.

Neverwinter is a free-to-play MMORPG that came out on June 20 last year, and is a standalone game with no connection to the previous Neverwinter Nights series. The game is set in a time of turmoil, after the disappearance of the last Lord of Neverwinter, as the dead begin to rise and attack the very city they once called home.

Shadowmantle is Neverwinter's second module, and it went live on December 5, introducing a host of improvements and new content to the game.

Among the most important changes are the addition of an entirely new class, the resourceful Hunter Ranger and the Dread Ring Campaign and adventure zone, as well as the Valindra's Tower Dungeon.

It was high time for massive stats to inundate our brains, and the developers of the MMO game decided to show us just how successful their last Neverwinter module has been, by displaying some outlandish and mildly entertaining stats.

Since the launch of Shadowmantle, Neverwinter players have created enough characters to populate Paris (the one with the Eiffel Tower), a staggering 2.2 million toons.

The player base seems to be favoring the new Hunter Ranger class by a large margin, with 23 percent of characters representing the ranged fighter. In second place we find the dastardly Control Wizard, with the lumbering Great Weapon Fighter coming in third and the others trailing along.

The least popular character is the devoted Cleric, with a measly 11 percent of players opting to utilize the class. Probably because of the incessant preaching.

The team then reveals that Neverwinter players have accumulated a massive 405 years' worth of experience, which roughly translates into starting playing the game around the same time Shakespeare's sonnets were published and finishing today.

So far, a number of 3.2 million characters have met an untimely demise in various PvP encounters, which is more than the amount of people that attended the last FIFA World Cup.

Additionally, players earned enough lights to acquire 65k mimics during the Simril Celebration, and enough medallions to acquire 44k peg legs during Call-to-Arms events, which translated into toothpicks means enough to host 1.2 million fancy dinner parties.

Gamers interested in joining up the ranks of Neverwinter players can head up to the official website, where they can register and download the game to play for free.
