Never-Before Seen Anna Nicole Smith Video Footage Tells Tragic Story

Dead people should be allowed to rest in peace – or so it is said, but when it comes to tragic blonde Anna Nicole Smith and the mysteries that surround part of her life and her death, that's not quite so. And if you thought the story of her life and death was a closed book, think again: Fox has just aired some never-before seen video footage of Anna, and it's not pretty. The disturbing material shows an eight month pregnant Anna who is clearly stoned, her face painted in a grotesque imitation of a clown, incoherent, her speech slurred and obviously delusional.

The tape in question is in itself at the core of a scandal involving the circumstances in which it was shot and the series of circumstances that have prompted its owner and friend of the blonde bombshell, Ford Shelley, to come clean about it and hand it over to be used by the press and the investigators looking into Anna Nicole Smith's untimely death. The tape (a short fragment of which was released at the end of February this year) features Anna and Ford Shelley's nine year-old daughter, who were supposed to have a play date together. Howard K. Stern, Anna's lawyer and the man rumored to have supplied her with the drugs that finally killed her, is also featured on the video, coldly giving camera instructions to a production person named "Mark".

It becomes clear, while watching the video, that Howard Stern is not at all concerned about Anna's condition, but is in fact entirely focused on the video which is being shot, expressing concerns that it may be unusable because of the background music and telling Anna at one point that "this footage is worth a lot of money". Anna, on the other hand, is clearly having trouble understanding what is being said to her, her eyes are unfocused and she is clearly stoned out of her mind, in a world of her own and convinced that the doll she is playing with is in fact a real baby.

This video tells a frightening story about Anna Nicole Smith taking drugs in the late stages of her pregnancy, and at one point not even being aware of the fact that she was pregnant. Howard Stern, in his turn, will have a hard time explaining his apparent lack of concern at Anna's bizarre and frightening behavior. To cap it all, Shelley's 9 year-old daughter (who is definitely the sanest person featured on the tape) has told her father that she even witnessed Stern giving Anna Nicole a pill that was in fact the cause of her shocking behavior.
