According to the Horror fansite Icons of Fright, which attended the Monster Mania convention in Cherry Hill, NJ this weekend, Wes Craven has chatted with Neve Campbell about a new Scream sequel.
Neve Campbell told him she had recently spoken with the Weinsteins about coming back for Scream 4.
Apparently, the 31-year-old Canadian actress is thinking of playing Sidney Prescott again in the highly-profitable franchise.
Meanwhile, Campbell who will next be seen in "Relative Strangers", is filming for "Partition" and has signed on to play in ""A Private War", "Adina", "The Mermaids Singing" and "The Death of Harry Tobin".
Another new project announced at the Monster Mania convention was I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer, in which Don Shanks, who played Michael Myers in Halloween 5, was announced to have been cast as the Fisherman.
