Wireshark, one of the foremost network protocol analyzers offering users the means to capture and interactively browse the traffic running on a computer network, is now at version 1.10.1.
The current version of Wireshark, 1.10.1, supersedes all previous releases, including all those of Ethereal.
Highlights of Wireshark 1.10.1:
• The DCP ETSI dissector no longer crashes; • The P1 dissector no longer crashes; • A DCOM ISystemActivator dissector crash has been fixed; • The Bluetooth SDP dissector no longer goes into a large loop; • The Bluetooth OBEX no longer goes into an infinite loop; • The mask in Lua ProtoField.uint32() now works as expected; • A crash that occurred when applying a filter with Voip calls has been fixed.
