First and foremost, the Android application now supports Netflix profiles. It may not seem much, but this feature has been available on other platforms for quite a long time, but Android users have been left out.
Aside from that, developers have confirmed that the update enhances search feature of Netflix with support for people and related titles. Last but not least, some bug fixes have been included as well, but no additional details have been unveiled.
You can now download Netflix for Android 3.1.0 for free via Google Play Store. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up.
