Things are getting rather serious in the Justin Bieber egg attack case. Yesterday, we reported that the pop star had allegedly launched an attack on his neighbor's house, which involved the use of eggs. Today, the neighbor in question has produced video evidence to support his allegations.

Though the video doesn't show Bieber actually throwing the eggs, since it's dark outside, he can be heard at one point replying to the neighbor's shouts.

There is a lot of profanity being used back and forth, but at one point, a voice that sounds very similar to Bieber's says “[Expletive] you! I got another one for you, actually.” The video also shows how the man tells his daughter to call the police after which they continue their verbal duel. The 13-year-old daughter seems visibly distraught.

Bieber's house is located in Calabasas, in a gated community, meaning that not just everyone has access to the neighborhood. That obviously narrows down the number of suspects.

Also, the neighbor says that it's not the first time he's had run-ins with the young singer. They had arguments over loud parties, Justin speeding through the neighborhood and just about anything else. This indicates that there is some history between the two and would give Justin a motive (but not justification) to act in this manner.

If you're thinking that egging your neighbor's house is just a fun, harmless activity, think again. The injured party reports through TMZ that the repairs to the house will be in the range of tens of thousands of dollars, with the expensive Venetian plaster needing to be redone, as well as some work on the expensive doors and windows.

This means that, if proven guilty, Bieber will be facing some serious charges because in California, when the damage exceeds $400, it becomes felony vandalism.

Local law enforcement is now looking into the case to see if there is enough evidence to hold Bieber accountable for the assault. It's being reported that they are eager to prove his involvement because his antics have made a mockery of the legal system and he has always seemed to elude punishment.
