Need for Speed: Most Wanted Gets Multiplayer Teaser Trailer

Electronic Arts and Criterion Games have posted the first teaser trailer for the multiplayer mode in their upcoming Need for Speed: Most Wanted racing game, showing off the array of cars that will be drivable in the online mode.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted reimagines the cult classic from 2005 with fresh visuals, new mechanics, and with the tried-and-true talent of developer Criterion Games.

We already saw a few videos with general gameplay but now the first trailer for the title's multiplayer mode has just surfaced.

Above, you can find a quick teaser with quite a bit of footage from a sprawling multiplayer race.

The full trailer will debut next week, on August 14, during Electronic Arts' Gamescom 2012 press conference.

NFS: Most Wanted is out this October on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
