EA is continuing the downloadable content onslaught for its newest game, Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit, and has just revealed the third DLC pack, entitled SCPD Rebels, after the release of two other add-ons for the game at the beginning of the week.

The new DLC pack will add seven new cars to the line-up of the Racer side, which are ported from the Police one.

Essentially, cars like the Bugatti Veyron or Lamborghini Reventon, which were only available for cops in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, will now be available to racers, if you buy this new DLC.

The seven new racer cars are:

- Aston Martin DBS - Audi R8 5.2 FSI - Bugatti Veyron 16.4 - Chevrolet Corvette Z06 - Lamborghini Reventon - Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT S - Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 Edition

The SCPD Rebels Pack will cost either 320 MS Points, if you purchase it through the Xbox 360's Xbox Live service, or $3.99 if you buy it through the PlayStation 3's PlayStation Store.

The newest Need for Speed game also received two other DLC packs at the beginning of the week, the Racer and the Cop Timesaver packs.

These add-ons essentially unlocked all cars for players that didn't want to complete too many races with weak cars until they got to the really powerful ones.

Once more, the PC or Nintendo Wii versions of NFS: Hot Pursuit won't be getting this new DLC, as EA declined to comment if it will actually release it for those platforms.

As such, only cops racing on the PC or Wii will be able to get behind the virtual steering wheels of these extremely fast exotic supercars.

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit has been developed by Criterion Games, and is in stores now for the PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Nintenod Wii.
