Neat Bookmarks offers easier bookmark management and search in Chrome

Although the bookmark system in Google Chrome is pretty well developed, there is room for more. Neat Bookmarks is a Chrome extension that comes as an easier way (yes, it is possible) to handle your favorite links in Google’s browser.

Basically, it brings a bookmark button in the interface, which gives direct access to your collection of websites. The pop-up menu preserves the original order and is equipped with a search button, just like Chrome’s Bookmark Manager.

But it’s the rack of options included in the extension that can make bookmark finding (straight from the Omnibox) and handling a lot easier.

Type “*” followed by a space to search specific bookmarks from the address bar. Or you can open them in a new tab (foreground or background). Moreover, scroll position and the previous state of the pop up menu can be preserved.
