14 DAY TRIAL // Naya Rivera is not having a good month. Shortly after word got out that fiancé Big Sean broke up with her, allegedly because he could no longer take her controlling and intimidating ways, a new report informs that she’s also been fired from the hit Fox series “Glee.”
This happened after she got into a huge screaming match with “Glee” co-star Lea Michele, who, Naya believed, was acting like a diva on set, holding up production for everyone else. According to TMZ, because the fight threatened to get physical as well, one of them had to be removed from the set.
This is where the story varies depending on which source you believe: insiders from camp Michele say that it was Naya who was removed from the set and then fired. They also deny any fight took place, saying Lea was away to solve a personal matter when Naya started causing a ruckus with producers so, by the time she returned, Naya wasn’t even there anymore.
They weren’t even shooting a scene together, the insiders add.
On the other hand, Rivera’s sources say that she was actually doing everyone a world of good by going to producers to complain that Lea was holding production back and acting a diva. The same insiders claim that it was Lea who stormed off and insist that Naya wasn’t fired.
The reason why there are two contradictory stories could be that there’s something to hide, something far nastier than a few minutes’ delay to the “Glee” shooting schedule, celebrity bloggers believe.
Just a few days ago, Blind Gossip posted a blind item about a love triangle, in which one “pretty television actress” caught her “rapper fiancé” cheating on her with one of her television colleagues who also happens to be her rival.
Now, there are cases when these blind items are just for fun, which is pretty much another way of saying that they’re made up. However, there are situations when they later turn out to be true, because, in showbiz, there are always people around certain celebrities willing to sell them out to the tabloids.
As per this blind item, Naya found out that Big Sean slept with Lea Michele and, when she confronted him about it, he told her that he thought Lea was perfect girlfriend-material and that he’d grown sick and tired of Naya’s controlling tendencies.
Upset about it, Naya called off the engagement, the report claims. So, if there is any truth to this and, indeed, if this blind item is about Naya and Lea, their most recent dispute could have been the fight the broke when Naya confronted Lea about sleeping with her man.
