Nautilus (Files) 3.7.4 Adds the --select Command-Line Option

The GNOME developers behind the Nautilus project (now known as Files) have announced that version 3.7.4 is now available for download and testing.

Nautilus 3.7.4 comes with support for the --select command-line options, which allows users to force selection of the passed-in URI, adds source hints to notifications, and a modernized build infrastructure.

This version uses public GTK-ally support instead of the hacks implemented by the development team in previous releases. Moreover, a crash was fixed in the GNOME Shell search provider.

Download Nautilus 3.7.4 right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a development version and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended for testing purposes only.
