Natsume announced an exclusive publishing agreement with Playstos Entertainment to publish Ruff Trigger: The Vanocore Conspiracy for the Sony PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system. The agreement will cover North America and all PAL territories, and the title is expected to ship in both territories during the summer of 2006. "Natsume is looking forward to publishing Playstos's action-packed Ruff Trigger: The Vanocore Conspiracy later this summer", commented Hiro Maekawa, President and CEO of Natsume Inc. "The title offers a great story and top-quality gameplay that we are sure fans will love!" "We are very excited and satisfied to be published by Natsume. We were looking for a very professional publisher with a great industry track record and we got it!" says Luca Da Rios, President and CEO of Playstos Entertainment. "We can't wait to see Ruff on the shelves!" The Vanocore Corporation is about to invade the Tyke System's marketplace with a new genetic engineering marvel: the Piglot, a tender little pet destined to replace dogs and cats in every home. But before the Piglots can reach their final destination, the Vanocore cargo ships are forced to make emergency landings and their precious cargo is scattered throughout the planet of Endust. Ruff Trigger, the top bounty hunter for the Boss P.I. Agency, has just been assigned the delicate task of rescuing the Piglots, as well as the large supply of VPD (Vanocore Power Drink) accompanying them. As Ruff searchers for the lost Piglots on three different planets...he will start to discover this is more than a simple rescue mission...he has stumbled onto a shocking conspiracy to take over the Tyke system.
