14 DAY TRIAL // The police have made an arrest in the case of a brutal beating during a home invasion in New Jersey last week.
As reported, the robber broke into the home of a young mother and savagely beat her in front of her daughter.

According to News 12, 42-year-old Shawn Custis has been arrested for the crime. Authorities caught up to him in Manhattan on Friday.
The suspect was wanted by authorities in several counties on burglary charges.
He has been arrested for first-degree attempted murder, first-degree robbery, second-degree burglary and endangering the welfare of a child on two counts. He left his victim with cuts, bruises, a concussion and chipped teeth.
