Although it might sound pretty funny, a group of firefighters who played a prank on one of their colleagues might receive disciplinary action from their superiors. According to Metro.co.uk, a YouTube clip entitled
'Screaming Bob', which was already removed from the video sharing service, showed a group of firemen who tried to play a joke on one of their colleagues by aiming the hose on him. After the hose was turned on, the cold water hit the naked firefighter who was waiting to take a shower. The clip was discovered on YouTube by the Cleveland Fire Brigade that seems to be decided to take disciplinary action against the group of firefighters appearing in the video.
But the firemen consider this prank should go unpunished because it's that kind of joke which is supposed to keep the spirits up and form a family in their group. This is a pretty important aspect when it comes to a group of firemen since they can save each other's lives when it comes to critical situations in dealing with fires. "When we go to work we know we might deal with death and misery at any moment. It's pranks like this which keep our spirits up," one of the firefighters said for Metro.co.uk.
YouTube is quickly turning into an encyclopedia of video content and this is only a good thing if we think that we can find almost anything on Google's video sharing service. Since it was acquired by the Mountain View company in October 2006, YouTube signed a lot of deals with content owners which can bring exciting clips on its official page.
However, it was proved several times that the best providers of video content are still the ordinary users who are continuously uploading homemade clips on YouTube. Multiple market researches supported this statement as most YouTube visitors are looking for user-generated clips.
