House owner promises to publicly shame Nadya Suleman if she doesn’t pay him what he’s owed

Not only is Octomom Nadya Suleman facing foreclosure in a context in which she’s nearly penniless, but she’s also running the risk of being publicly shamed by the person who has the power to throw her out in the street.

As we also reported on several past occasions, the house in which Suleman and her 13 children (still) live in La Habra, California, is not personal property.

Amer Haddadin holds the papers for it, which means Suleman was supposed to pay him a monthly rate so that she could eventually become the rightful owner.

As it happens, Octomom is way behind her payments – about half a million dollars behind, and Haddadin has had enough and is planning to throw her out.

However, perhaps as a last kind gesture, he’s given her a few more days to come up with the money she owes him – or else face the possibility of being shamed in public.

TMZ managed to spoke to the owner of the house and, admittedly, he’s quite set to get back at Suleman for stiffing him with the payment so many months.

“If it’s even humanly possible... the guy who owns the note to Octomom’s home is now threatening to publicly humiliate Nadya Suleman... if she doesn’t pay off her massive debt in three days,” TMZ has learned.

“Amer Haddadin tells TMZ, he’s sick of being jerked around by Octo and her lawyers... and if they don’t settle her gigantic debt by October 9 – dude says he’s going to hold a news conference to tell everyone about how terrible of a resident she has been,” the same e-zine notes.

Should Octomom be able to get the kind of money she owes and give it to Haddadin in time, he won’t be calling the press on her.

“Of course, Nadya has nothing to worry about if she meets Amer’s deadline – but as we previously reported, that’s one big if... because girl still owes over $450,000,” TMZ notes.

What’s even worse, Suleman doesn’t seem to have a means to get a lot of money that quick, what with the reality show that never happened, the book that no publisher wanted to pick up and the yard sale that barely covered minor expenses.
