Nadya Suleman, who earned for herself the nickname of Octomom after giving birth to completely healthy octuplets in 2009, might spend Christmas and the winter holidays in the streets together with her 14 children, because she’s being evicted again.

Suleman had all her kids through IVF even though she didn’t have a job or a proper source of revenue. What she did have though was the certainty that she’d be on welfare for as long as she needed to raise her kids so, when word got out that she was keeping them on food stamps, the scandal was huge.

Octomom has been evicted once before for not being able to pay rent and it looks like this is another case of history repeating itself, because the owner of the house she’s currently living in (rent-free) has already told her to pack her bags.

The Mirror tracked her down to a family house in Orange Country, California, believed to be a halfway house for recovering addicts. The former owner was Tim Chapman, who also owns the rehab where Suleman did a stint a while back, and he let her stay there with her 14 kids and one nanny without paying rent, as a favor.

The current owner of the house, Lana El-Jor, says she’s already informed Suleman she wants her out because she can’t pay rent, is a horrible tenant, and is ruining her chances of getting more money from the bank.

“I have had problems refinancing the building myself because of her. That’s one of the things why we have to ask her to leave. The bank refused to support the loan. She is said to have left her houses abused and everything and it worried the bank,” she tells the British tab.

The Mirror describes the 5-bedroom house, which also includes 3 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, as “dilapidated” and certainly no place to raise a child, let alone 14. The owner says there are beds in all the rooms of the house, and several bunk beds for the younger kids.

A neighbor has also spoken to the publication, revealing that Suleman hardly ever lets the kids play outside, “as if they’re in hiding.”

“The house is very rundown and that broken window looks dangerous. It must get cold inside at night. It seems that Octomom or the nanny rarely take the children out and most of them spend all day holed up in the house. It doesn’t look like a happy existence,” the neighbor explains.
