As announced a few days ago, Nadya Suleman is making one final – and perhaps the most important – attempt at clearing her public image. The mother of 14, also known as OctoMom after delivering octuplets, has taped an appearance on Oprah, and it promises to hold the answers to all the questions that have been plaguing us ever since Suleman first made headlines.

The promo for the interview, which was conducted via satellite, as we also informed you, has been uploaded on YouTube. Though it’s under half a minute, it managed to tease audiences with the promise of answers to questions that have sparked countless rumors in recent times. Did Suleman start dating again since giving birth to the octuplets? How does she manage raising 14 children? Did she ever consider putting one or more up for adoption? Would she ever start thinking about giving birth again?

Moreover, as The Buffalo News informs, in the interview, Suleman also defends herself again from all the allegations that have ever seen the light of day in the press. As per her own words, OctoMom doesn’t really exist, it’s more of a character that the media has constructed by twisting facts and inventing stuff that never was. The people at home, being constantly fed this kind of stories, can’t even image how far they’re from the truth as regards what they think they know of her, which is precisely why she decided to do the Oprah interview.

“This fictional character, Octomom… is the antithesis of who I am as a person and who I represent,” Suleman says in the interview. The media twisted things so badly, she can’t even say precisely which is the biggest misconception people have of her. “Everything, everything, everything. From the moment I woke up, I have been placed into this unfamiliar life, foreign and foreboding. [People think of me as] seeking fame, having eight babies to be famous. I never, ever could have conceptualized something like this happening based upon an immature, selfish choice that I made,” Suleman tells Oprah, as per the aforementioned publication.

As you will see by checking out the promo here, on Oprah’s YouTube page, the interview will bring another surprise as well, as a camera crew spent 24 hours in the same house as OctoMom and her 14 children.
