Although desktop PC sales aren't doing very well, with portable systems becoming an increasingly popular choice for most consumers, gaming and overclocking enthusiasts are still looking for the latest releases on the hardware components market. On that note, NZXT, a company that aims to provide gaming enthusiasts with the most advanced solutions for their gaming rig, has just announced the introduction of its new M59 Gaming Chassis. Featuring a mean look, the new desktop case has been designed to accommodate the latest hardware components, providing computer enthusiasts with support for an adequate cooling system.

“m59 will provide gamers with the ideal balance of performance and style with a wide array of features for under $60” said Johnny Hou, chief designer at NZXT. “The airflow, expandability, cable management, ease of installation, and sleek look and feel make this a very compelling option for the budget conscious gamer.”

According to the specifications of the new NZXT chassis, users will be able to install up to five 120mm fans, with an option to go for two 140mm ones at the top and three 120mm fans. The black chassis also features support for up to seven expansion slots, four external 5.25-inch drive bays and seven internal 3.5-inch drive bays. There's no mention of support for some of the latest 2.5-inch drives, which could enable users to install higher-performance, NAND Flash-based Solid State Drives.

The M59 series is a mid-tower Black chassis designed using a Steel construction for better protection of the internal components. It measures 190 x 449 x 508 mm (W x H x D) and comes with a 500W power supply unit, ready to accommodate your high-end desktop PC. The chassis has been designed to support ATX and Micro-ATX, which are the two most frequently used form factors for motherboards. As far as pricing goes, the chassis will be available starting this August for US$59.99.
