NVIDIA did not demo the Kepler at CES, but it looks like there might be a good reason for that.

We already know that, despite initial intention to showcase Kepler at CES 2012, NVIDIA chose not to do so.

This only served to deepen the mystery of what the graphics solutions would be able to do when they finally arrived.

The release should take place in the second quarter, which means sometime in April-June.

VR-Zone now says that the Santa Clara, California-based company won't make a paper launch.

Instead, it will wait until it and its partners have enough board to sell, meaning that hopeful buyers will be able to order one as soon as the new models are officially introduced.

Now we just have to wait for a review or two to say how the cards compare to AMD's Radeon HD 7000 line.
