It's all because of the new and improved GeForce GTX 780 Ti

NVIDIA finally said when it would release the GeForce GTX 780 Ti, which brought about the revelation of the price ($699 / €699). That price led to the reduction in price of the GTX 780 which, in turn, affected the GTX 770.

After all, you can't really have the GTX 780 selling for $399 / €399 when the one immediately above it is a mere $100 / €100 more expensive.

It wasn't so bad when the GTX 780 sold for $649 / €649, but that's no longer the case. Now, the board is priced at $499 / €499.

Thus, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 is now a $329 / €329 item. So if you're in the market for one, wait a few days until retailers update their offers.

Or, if you like AMD, you could get a Radeon R9 280X instead, maybe wait until late November for the improved one. You can go either way, since the price is more or less the same now. This isn't like for AMD R9 290X and NVIDIA GTX Titan, where the former is almost half the price of the latter but just as powerful.
