After releasing NVIDIA GeForce 344.11, as well as NVIDIA Quadro 344.11 graphics drivers, the producer has made available the 344.16 beta driver version developed for its newly released 970 and 980 video cards.

This new update can be installed only on systems containing one of these two second-generation Maxwell architecture units and which are powered by one of Microsoft’s Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1 platforms, either 32- or 64-bit architectures.

Version 344.16 beta fulfills NVIDIA’s desire to provide maximum gaming performance and quality, and includes support for G-Syns Surround displays, which deliver even more realistic and immersive gaming experiences.

Moreover, the present release is a Game Ready beta driver that will increase performance for titles such as Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, The Evil Within, F1 2014, and Alien: Isolation.

As for installing the driver, simply ensure your system configuration is compatible, save and run the appropriate downloadable file for your OS bit variant, and follow the instructions for a complete and successful update.

In addition to that, if the installer doesn’t require it, it would be best to manually reboot the computer to ensure all changes take effect properly.

That being said, download NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 344.16 Beta, take into account all aforementioned aspects, and enjoy your newly improved video chipset.
