After 302.80 GeForce package, delivered yesterday, NVIDIA’s Quadro, Tesla and NVS Professional drivers are up for grabs, with support for OpenGL 4.2, CUDA 4.2, DirectX 11 and OpenCL 1.1.
Quadro, Tesla and NVS drivers are commonly encountered in professional graphic environments that demand the need for multiple displays and clarity.
Strangely enough, NVIDIA made the bits available on its UK website
, but the download links point to international use.
This package is the first release for the latest NVIDIA drivers branch, R300 that targets Windows 8 Preview Release, both x32 and x64 platforms. 302.81 Beta drivers are not to be used with Windows 7 or Vista.
DirectX 11 and WDDM 1.2 support with WHQL certification are, along with minor changes made to NVIDIA’s Control Panel Set up stereoscopic 3D page, the highlights of this announcement.
