NVIDIA has just made available a new Quadro graphics package, namely version 337.50 beta, which is compatible with both desktop and notebook system configurations.

This newly released update brings improved performance compared to previous driver versions, as well as various workstation compatibility fixes. Still, this update is a beta one, therefore NVIDIA cannot be held responsible for any related malfunctions.

Specifically speaking, this version installs nView Desktop Manager 141.00, adds a Manage section to the control panel menu, and allows the system to create multiple Mosaic topologies on a single GPU.

In addition to that, this newly released package also includes support for texture sizes greater than 4 GB and updates NvWMI to version 2.17.

As for the operating systems, this version is compatible with both 32- and 64-bit architectures of Microsoft’s Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1 platforms. However, bear in mind that the notebook configurations do not support the Vista OS.

When it comes to applying this release, simply get and run the proper downloadable package compatible with your configuration, wait for the installer to extract all needed files, and follow the on-screen instructions for a complete installation.

Moreover, we recommend that a system restart is performed after the update has finished, in order to ensure that all the changes take effect properly.

That being said, from the links below, follow the one that best describes your system characteristics, take into account all the aforementioned aspects, and update your NVIDIA chipset.
