Today, NVIDIA has made available a new driver version, namely the GeForce and Quadro 337.88 release, which includes several changes that will improve the overall system performance. In addition to that, the latter is also compatible with NVS, Tesla, and GRID chipsets.

When it comes to the Quadro packages, this release fixes an issue encountered by K-series cards where random lines would appear in the viewport, and adds a “Manage GPU Utilization” option in the control panel.

In addition to that, texture sizes larger than 4GB are supported, multiple Mosaic topologies on a single GPU configuration can now be created, and applies NvWMI version 2.17.

The Quadro-related update consists of two downloadable packages compatible with Microsoft’s Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1 OSes, as well as with both desktop and notebooks configurations. However, bear in mind that the Vista platform isn’t suitable for notebook systems.

As for the GeForce release, this fresh version is developed especially for providing the best in-game performance while playing Watch Dogs. Also, the available packages include several DirectX optimizations that reduce game-loading times, and adds 4K display support for bridgeless SLI cards.

GeForce 337.88 resolves PlanetSide 2, TitanFall, and Need For Speed Rival crash issues, various Surround-related problems encountered by GTX TITAN and 780 Ti cards, and different corruptions spotted in Civilization V, Halo 2, X-Plane 10, as well as several other bugs.

The GeForce drivers are developed for both desktops and notebooks running under Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 OSes; in addition to that, desktops are also compatible with Windows XP and Vista platforms.

That being said, download NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Driver 337.88 or download NVIDIA Quadro Graphics Driver 337.88 depending on your configuration, apply it on your system, and stay “updated one minute ago.”
