The newly released driver is only compatible with Microsoft’s Windows 8.1 Preview platform

Today, NVIDIA outed its latest GeForce graphics driver, namely the 326.01 version, which is WHQL (Windows Hardware Quality Labs) certified, and compatible only with 32- and 64- bit versions of Microsoft’s Windows 8.1 Preview operating system.

The newly released driver is targeted at both desktop and notebook graphics processing units (GPUs), and it installs the 9.18.13.2601 graphics version.

Moreover, the package also contains the 1.3.26.4 High-Definition Audio driver, the 6.14.13.2601 Stereoscopic 3D USB controller version, as well as the 9.13.0604 PhysX system software.

As for the compatible devices, the release is suitable for the GeForce 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, and 200 graphics card series, and includes support for the GeForce 9 and 8 series, and for the ION series as well.
