While we patiently wait for NVIDIA's NDA to expire and the first official news and reviews to hit the web, it seems that manufacturers (and online stores) have absolutely no problem listing the new GPU from NVIDIA on their websites, the latest case involving MSI and Newegg (who actually listed PNY's GTX 580 as well, a little earlier today).

So, if you happen to be living across the pond and you're in the market for the latest and most powerful DX11 GPU to date (yeah, obviously, we're talking about the yet-unreleased GTX 580 here), then you can go for MSI's version, officially called the MSI N580GTX-M2D15D5, that, however, doesn't really stray too far from the standard, reference version.

So, what we're basically dealing with here is the GeForce GTX 580 (Fermi) featuring a Core Clock of 772MHz, a Shader Clock of 1544MHz and 512 Processor Cores, accompanied by 1536MB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 4008Mhz and a 384-bit memory interface.

Also, MSI has chosen not to alter the connectivity options either, their N580GTX-M2D15D5 packing one mini-HDMI interface and 2 x DVI connectors, supporting a maximum of 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution.

Despite of the fact that we're talking about what seems to be just a stock GTX 580 with a different paint-job, MSI's asking $559.99 for it, which is slightly above the basic pricing, the probable reason for this being the fact that the MSI version packs some of those high-end materials and components the company keeps mentioning with every new release.

Unfortunately, though, it would seem that MSI is also postponing the official announcement regarding its latest GTX board in order to comply with the NDA imposed by NVIDIA (and trust us, they're enforcing it quite strictly), so it will take a while before we see whether the N580GTX-M2D15D5 packs anything spectacular or not, but we promise to come up with the official announcement pretty soon (possibly even later on today).
