Back in May, some enthusiasts may have been heartbroken to learn that NVIDIA was pushing back the release of its driver meant to provide support for 3D Vision surround. Fortunately, time has since passed and, now, the Santa Clara GPU maker has finally released a beta version of the software that enables this functionality. Furthermore, to seemingly commemorate this momentous occasion, CyberPower stepped up and announced that it was offering not just one, but a full line of gaming systems that support this technology.

Essentially, 3D Vision Surround enables a PC with a multi-GPU NVIDIA setup to deliver 3D across three distinct monitors. The newest driver also fixes numerous bugs and boost performance for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 400 boards in several PC games, as is detailed on the special page on the company's website. Improvements should be especially noticeable in the case of titles with tessellation. This is exactly what CyberPower's new Gamer Xtreme and Gamer Ultra Series rigs promise to accomplish.

Mostly, the full-fledged beasts, six in number, are divided into four Gamer Xtreme and two Gamer Ultra 3D members. They are powered by Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 processors, or AMD Athlon or Phenom chips. Whichever chip is selected is paired with up to a healthy 16GB of RAM and 4TB of storage, as well as the necessary GeForce series graphics adapters. DVD or Blu-ray drives are also available as options.

CyberPower intends these computers to be full solutions, which is why it bundles each of them with either one or three Samsung 2233RZ 3D monitors, as well as the logical 3D Vision set (software and glasses). Finally, Windows 7 64-bit is pre-installed on all of them and consumers can take a look at whichever model they want at length by visiting the official product page.
