NVIDIA Appoints Two New Members To Its Executive Team

The position of CIO is a newly-created role at NVIDIA. As CIO Stelling is responsible for the Information Systems and Information Technology organizations worldwide. Mr. Stelling has over 18 years of strategy, information technology, sales and marketing, finance, and re-engineering experience.

Prior to joining NVIDIA, he was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for ON Semiconductor,
where he also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations. Mr. Stelling has held senior positions with The Franklin Mint, Digitas, Bain & Company, and Price Waterhouse. He received a BA in government from Cornell and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Mr. Sullivan is responsible for worldwide human resources planning, including Asia and Europe. He has more than 15 years experience working with both large and small companies to improve organizational effectiveness and build strong HR teams.


He has been leading HR at technology companies for the past five years, first at Vicinity Corporation and most recently at Portal Software. Prior to that, he was a managing consultant at Towers Perrin. Mr. Sullivan started his career in the military where he was a company commander, personnel officer, and member of the leadership faculty at West Point. He holds a BA from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Harvard University.
