NTRconnect for iPhone Praised by Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine

NTRglobal has officially announced that its secure remote access app called NTRconnect won the product of the Year Award, from the Customer Interaction Solutions magazine. Nadji Tehrani, executive group publisher and editor-in-chief of Customer Interaction Solutions, claims that, “NTRconnect offers a fast, easy and secure way to access your Mac, PC or Linux computer from any Web browser on demand with a touch of an iPhone.”

Mark Cheshire, VP of product at NTRglobal, declares in this respect, “NTRconnect is the premier remote access solution for the iPhone and a multitude of operating systems that helps mobile workers and IT pros to be productive from anywhere.” He also says, “With enterprise-grade security, IT in every size business and professionals on the go in every vertical -- ranging from CPAs and tax preparation experts to lawyers and doctors -- tell us that NTRconnect offers simplicity and peace of mind when they instantly connect to their networks with just a touch of the iPhone.”

Recently, another praise for NTCglobal came from NTCconnect being named one of the ten greatest enterprise applications for the iPhone, according to Infoworld. There are two versions of the program, NTRconnect Free, which gives you remote access to two computers (Windows, Mac, or Linux), and NTRconnect Pro (starting at $6.95 per month), which allows you access to as many computers as you'd like, along with features like file transfer and local printing of remote files, as Infoworld reports. The application boasts launching a browser and emailing any file on the remote computer to any mail account involving in a perfect match other apps, for example Documents, if there’s any attachment to grab.

NTRglobal offers other solutions listing NTRsupport, which also won the Product of the Year Award with the self-service portal NTRsupport FirstHelp, a cost-effective on-demand remote support SaaS.
