NHL Hitz 20-03 Unlockables and Glitches (GameCube)

NHL Hitz 20-03 is a hockey video game developed by Midway Sports Home Entertainment Inc. The game was released on PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube, the Game Boy Advance and also on the Xbox. The game features fast-paced, 3-on-3 style of hockey that is rare in other titles. The Game Boy version has the possibility of being linked with up to 3 other systems for 4-player link up play.

Players have the option of playing three periods in one, two, or three minutes in length. To begin the game, players pick a center, a winger, one defenseman and a goalie. Prior to each period, players can choose to keep the same players from the previous period or make substitutions. There is an option for a mercy rule that will end the game as soon as the team reaches the limit of goal differential. As an example, you have the mercy rule set to 5: as soon as you lead the game by 5 goals, you automatically win. You can also set it to one goal, like overtime. Another nuance to the game is the option to make players who lose fights leave the game.

When your team gets a penalty, it is not possible to get another penalty, so you can do anything without getting penalized for it. You can then knock over the opposing goalie and score when he is down. This is much easier with more than one player.
