Video game developer EA Sports continues to promote the upcoming NHL 15 with a new video which shows players overhead gameplay for the first time, revealing how gamers can be immersed in the coming titles in order to experience all the nuances of the game of hockey.

The company explains that, "This is the start of a new generation of hockey video games, where the sights, sounds, and feel of the fastest team sport on the planet come to life in a way you’ve never experienced before."

Gamers can see the all new camera angles that will be included in NHL 15: dynamic low, dynamic medium and dynamic high, designed to appeal to the entire player community.

The new hockey game is designed to use the power of the current console hardware in order to deliver enhanced realism, with smarter players able to better read the game on the offence and defense and with better physics for both bodies and the puck.

The graphics and the presentation of the hockey sim have also been enhanced and there are more options for the core Career mode for the title.

NHL 15 will be launched on September 9 of this year on the Xbox One from Microsoft, the PlayStation 4 and last gen consoles.
