Need for Speed: Rivals might soon receive two special DLC packs, in the form of the Super Car one and the Action one, according to a new tip received by Softpedia.

NFS: Rivals appeared last year and delivered a great racing experience across a wide variety of platforms, including PC, PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, and Xbox One.

The game included a big amount of cars structured in two categories representing the two major factions – cops and racers.

Since then, developer Ghost Games has launched a few new cars, including the 2015 Ford Mustang, but full-fledged DLC hasn't appeared for the racing game.

Now, thanks to a tip received from reader GhostJrSS, it seems that not one, but two different expansions will be released for Need for Speed: Rivals, designed to drastically increase the amount of cars.

The first one is the Super Car pack, which will bring plenty of impressive new rides, starting with the gorgeous LaFerrari, but also the Alfa Romeo 4C or the classic Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722.

After that, the Action Car pack will appear, bringing plenty of new modes like the 2014 BMW M4 Coupe but also the 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG.
