Wow, these guys sure have a way with soundtracks! Being an Avenged Sevenfold fan, I currently own all of their albums and I wasn't aware that they're about to launch a new one soon. Don't be surprised by the fact that their self-titled album launches just a couple of days before the long-awaited Need for Speed ProStreet title. Thanks to EA's song listing I could find out that the guys are still kicking it in style, but they're not the only cool band featured in the title's OST.

Junkie XL's got some cool new remixes for us to feast upon while doing drifts and checking out EA's next-gen driving experience and Bloc Party also bring us a new tune. We'll see an US launch of NFS ProStreet on November 14, 2007 on the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PS2, DS, PC and mobile. The OST of the title features about 35 songs, chosen from a wide array of musical styles, from rock to techno or rave.

Besides Avenged Sevenfold's new song, ProStreet features another premiere, also including a hot ride that hasn't been launched yet, the Nissan GTR, which will be made available (in real life) in Spring 2008.

Here's the full tracklist of Need for Speed ProStreet and you can listen to some samples of this songs by visiting EA's site:
