NFL Street is a series of sports video games developed by EA Tiburon and published by Electronic Arts. Currently there are three games in the series, NFL Street and NFL Street 2, both released in 2004, and NFL Street 3 was released on November 15th, 2006. The NFL Street series is made in the same vein as NBA Street and other franchises such as NFL Blitz. Similar to Blitz, Street is seven-on-seven American football. NFL Players in the game wear street clothing instead of helmets and uniforms but the players can also wear
jerseys.
Like every other American football game, NFL Street has the basic rules, but as with NFL Blitz this game has no fouls and low penalty gameplay. Naturally, this leads to a much more violent game than its real-life model. However, to maintain the "IronMan" status, there are no injuries in any game. The main mode is NFL Challenge where the user has to beat teams in their leagues. They have to choose from 6 roster types to start off. Rush Offence, Rush Defence, Pass Offence, Pass Defence, Balanced and Custom.
If the user chooses Custom they start off with 8,000 Development Points which are there to make created players better not the taken real NFL Players. There are three types of celebration. Rock, Rap and Athlete which the created player engages in when they score a touchdown or when they "Sack" or takedown the player behind the blue line visible. (Wikipedia)
