NEC N905iµ has been unveiled in Japan, along with some impressive features that should make all other continents crave for such a release too. As it usually happens with such
phone models, the clamshell will see only a local release, with no chances for the high-tech
hungry ones waiting at the borders to get one.
The Japanese have always had the most evolved technology and they took it further, to their mobile phones as well. There's a huge number of handsets that hit this market but don't even think of offering other countries the pleasure of having a try on their features. The specification list is usually nothing like what producers from other continents offer and the same goes for the design.
NEC N905iµ makes no exception from this tendency and comes with the same simple, but appealing design. There are high chances for the Japanese to be really drawn to the straight lines and clean, but colored clamshell faces. No special, intricate lines, just the basic ones and top quality performances.
The greatest thing about this handset is that it comes at a thickness of 12.9 mm, extremely small for a clamshell. NEC N905iµ also brings a huge internal display screen and no external one. There's a reason for this, as the phone also packs 1Seg TV broadcasting and needs top features to display images and video properly.
The handset also includes Yamaha’s audio engine supporting high quality sound, which should make it an excellent music phone. There should also be a memory expansion card slot available, as to make the best of this phone's performances and enable the user to store a large amount of personal files on it.
NEC N905iµ will be available in
Japan starting the 26th of November, with no chances of seeing a global release.
