The development team at EA Sports working on NBA Live 14 is delivering a short teaser for a larger gameplay-focused trailer that will appear on October 18 and will show gamers exactly what the basketball simulation has to offer.

The game is designed to use the Ignite engine, which has new features that will use the extra computing power of the next generation of hardware.

Gamers will get improved physics, better movement for all players and increased intelligence, which leads to greater tactical challenges.

The new EA Sports basketball simulation arrives after two years during which the NBA 2K series from Take Two was the only option for fans of the sport.

NBA Live 14 will be launched on November 19 on the Xbox One from Microsoft and the PlayStation 4 from Sony.
