NBA Live 08 is the 2007 installment of the NBA Live series by EA Sports. It was released for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, PlayStation 2, PC (Windows), and PlayStation Portable. This is the first NBA video game to include all three next-generation consoles. It features Gilbert Arenas of the Washington Wizards on the cover.

New features

Quickstrike Ballhandling: Handle the ball the way the pros do almost every night with new Quickstrike
Ballhandling. Create combo moves, maneuver the way you see your favorite players do, and blow by the defenders with this new system.

HotSpots System: With the new NBA Live HotSpots System, a flick of the index finger will help you as a color-coded screen pops up on the court and helps guide you to where you favorite player has the most likely success to make the basket.

Own the Paint: Own the Paint gives you more options in the post; fake out the defender with a pump, spin out and try for the leaning fadeaway, and more. (Wikipedia)
