The development team working on NBA 2K14 is delivering a third patch for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 versions of the game, designed to fix some of the problems that the community has been reporting and improve the overall experience.

Gamers should no longer encounter any disconnects and there are black screens that have been eliminated from the launch sequences.

The core modes are also more stable than before and a longer list of changes is offered in the official announcement on the 2K Sports site.

The company explains that, “We appreciate your patience and support as we venture into this next-generation of gaming. Furthermore, the team continues to stay focused on making NBA 2K14 the best possible experience for all of our users out there. We will be monitoring all your feedback after the patch hits to look for any further issues.”

NBA 2K14 introduces quite a bit of changes to the core formula of the basketball-focused series, including a new dribbling system linked to the right stick of the controller.
