UGNazi hackers, the ones that launched distributed denial-of-service (DDOS) attacks on the Government of the District of Columbia's site (dc.gov) and the one of New York City (nyc.gov), are currently sending large numbers of requests towards the site of NASDAQ (nasdaq.com).

“We have been attacking NASDAQ.com (the Number 1 Stock Marketing website in the world) for the last couple hours,” one of the hackers told us.

“The corporation is stealing money from us, thats all the stock business is about. USA needs to change up its act or we will change it for them,” Cosmo explained.

According to the attackers, they will keep the NASDAQ site down for as long as they can to prove their point.

Currently, the NASDAQ site is working intermittently.

Regarding their previous targets, the site of New York City is working properly, but the one of the District of Columbia is still down.

Really, a DDOS attack on their public website is going to prove any point? I've had Nasdaq up all morning and haven't even noticed a slowdown. I don't even see any other news blogs reporting it. Giving them this attention over nothing does more harm than good.
