Three people have died and 140 have been injured during two explosions at the finish line of the Boston Marathon on Monday, April 15.

According to ESPN, 17 other people are currently fighting for their lives, an 8-year-old boy is among the casualties and some have suffered amputations as a result of the blast.

Inquisitr writes that spectator Dan Lampariello has captured on camera a man that many believe might be behind the bombings.

He is walking on the edge of a rooftop, as if observing the explosions as they are going down. The photo of the man, uploaded to Twitter has gained a lot of attention from those who believe he is responsible for the incident.

While news emerged earlier that the Boston Police Department detained a Saudi National in connection with the bombings, the FBI mentions that there is no truth to the story.
