i2Telecom International, Inc. has launched MyGlobalTalk for iPhone. The application serves as the iPhone version of i2Telecom’s popular international calling solution. The app enables US-based users to make cheaper international phone calls by routing calls through the MyGlobalTalk network.

i2Telecom International, Inc. is a developer of solutions that employ the VoIP (voice over IP) technology. Through its mobile applications, i2Telecom uses a combination of its own service network and the Internet to deliver high-quality phone calls, streaming video and text chat to customers worldwide.

“We believe the application is an easy-to-use solution for iPhone users who make international calls from the United States,” Raffi Aghapekian, vice president of product development at i2Telecom International, Inc., said. “In just a few minutes, users can download the application and begin making international calls for as little as two cents per minute. Currently available in the US for all versions of the iPhone, the MyGlobalTalk application can be downloaded exclusively from the iTunes app store.”

The company’s latest product, the MyGlobalTalk iPhone app, is said to work wherever mobile services are available, providing a high-quality service without the need for a Wi-Fi connection. Users needn’t sign a contract or pay connection fees. The service is provided on a pay-as-you-go basis. The key features of MyGlobalTalk are mentioned as follows:

- Easy-to-use interface allows users to dial as they normally would;
- Integration with native iPhone contacts list;
- “Faves” and “History” lists for calls made only through MyGlobalTalk;
- Easy access to account information and balance.
