Mutu Is Again A Father

Following in the footsteps of another absolutely gorgeous footballer, the Romanian Adrian Mutu became one of the most appreciated players and styled man all over the world, although his salary couldn't never quite top that of Beckham at Real Madrid.

After a failed marriage that resulted in an almost abandoned son, Mario, Adrian is again the happy father of a child, this time a baby girl. She was born yesterday in Miami, after six hours of labor (because her mother preferred the natural way), weighing 3 kilograms and enjoying perfect health.

Mutu proved to be a good husband after all, and spent this entire time with his wife in the maternity room, finally accepting to be the one to cut the umbilical cord of the new born child.

Both mother and daughter are doing well and have suffered no complications. Today, the birth certificate for the baby will be issued, under the name Adriana. Mutu said in an interview that he would like his children (does he plan to have more or does he include here his former one too?) to be raised in Romania.

The christening of little Adriana will take place, most likely, at the end of this summer in the Dominican Republic, having as godfathers Adrian's close friends Nicu and Mihaela Gheara.
