14 DAY TRIAL // Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation is now rumored to plan the launch of a music-centric smartphone in the first half of the year, following the release of a similar device back in 2011.
The info comes from notorious tipster @evleaks, but it was not accompanied by further details on the device itself.
However, as PhoneArena notes, the previous music-oriented smartphone from the company (namely the HTC Rezound) included top-of-the-line hardware inside, being the first handset to hit shelves with a 720p screen.
Thus, there is a possibility that HTC is aiming at packing the upcoming handset with high-end hardware inside as well, while also ensuring that users will receive a great audio experience from it.
On the other hand, considering that HTC broke up with Beats Audio not long ago, it remains to be seen what capabilities the company is actually planning on including inside the phone.
