Unless you were born quite recently, you know about Mr. T, the actor who played characters such as B. A. Baracus from the 1980s cult-series The A Team, or boxer Clubber Lang, from Rocky III. Besides giving birth to such famous characters, the actor is also well known for his flamboyant style and for the humanitarian acts in which he has been involved.

But if you thought that Mr. T would stick to movies and TV, then you have another thing coming, as ZootFly Studios has just announced that it has secured the rights to the Mr. T Graphic Novel series, which has been published by the actor's own company, Mohawk Media. The reason for this move? A Mr. T video game is something that the market definitely needs.

That's right, you read right, a video game starring Mr. T will be made, in which platforming, puzzle solving and, of course, defeating bad guys will play a big part. The first installment of the franchise will place good old Mr. T against a mechanized Nazi Army, which has abducted none other than famous video game designer Will Wright, the man responsible for such properties like the Sims and Spore. Naturally, Wright will be a scientist in the game, who will eventually team up with Mr. T in order to stop the threat on the whole world.

“Think God of War meets with Mr. T instead of Kratos, plus the ability to control giant robots and bosses spiced with Wolfenstein-like paranormal Nazi powers!” ZootFly's Bostjan Troha said. “Is there anything cooler than Mr. T taking on Nazis and their war machines?”

The game is still in the early stages of development, but it is planned for a PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii and PC release. Either way, though, this will certainly be a very popular title, thanks to the larger-than-life persona of Mr. T and all of his adventures.
