Mozilla is currently hard at work testing and developing its first Firefox OS tablet, but what if you could be one of the first to lay your hands on a prototype?

According to Mozilla’s own Asa Dotzler, you will soon be able to, even if you’re not a developer. Apparently, the creators of the fiery browser are looking for some good people to help with the testing of the upcoming tablet.

With developments moving ahead at a rapid pace, testers will be expected to give a helping hand at polishing details related to user experience.

So according to Mozilla, the Tablet Contribution Program is looking for folks willing to spend some quality time with the new tablet and report back to headquarters in case they encounter bugs or other nasty suspicious activity.

To contribute to the Firefox tablet development process, you will need to register yourself with Mozilla and have a Bugzilla account.
