Mozilla continues work on the next stable version of Firefox, so today the company released a beta build that allows users to try out the upcoming feature lineup.

Mozilla Firefox 29 Beta 3 doesn’t bring any major changes, but only bug fixes and performance improvements, which means that users who already deployed the beta and have been experiencing issues lately should get this particular version right now.

Mozilla Firefox 29 Beta 3 obviously comes with the Australis interface, the next big thing coming for Mozilla users, which basically consists of a revised design including rounded tabs, new menus, and easier to reach options.

Australis, which has often been criticized for bringing so many changes that more or less push Firefox closer to Google Chrome’s design, will debut for the first time in version 29 of the browser.

The stable build of Mozilla Firefox 29 is projected to be unveiled in exactly one month, so several other betas are expected to be released by the parent company in the coming weeks.

Don’t forget that this new version is still in the beta development stage, so a number of bugs could still be experienced, which means that it shouldn’t be installed and used as your daily browser.
