The famous Firefox producer Mozilla signed a deal with Nobox in order to redesign the official page of Mozilla Store, a special page that allows fans to buy all kinds of stuff branded with the company's name. Nobox is the same company which redesigned the main page of Mozilla in October 2006 and that contributed to the Firefox 2 banners published on the Internet. If you never visited it, the Mozilla Store is an interesting page that allows the users to buy
T-shirts, outwear, software & guides and other gear branded with the Mozilla logo and products.
"We realized that a new design would be an essential part of our effort to re-launch the Mozilla Store; and, we had every confidence that Nobox would deliver exactly what was needed to capture the attention of our growing community," said Mozilla Creative Director John Slater. "Nobox creative talent and specialization in universal integrated marketing strategies have been key elements of our ongoing collaboration."
Mozilla is one of the top Internet companies being known for its top web browser Firefox which managed to fight with Microsoft's Internet Explorer for the supremacy of the category. Even if IE comes as the default browser of the Windows operating system, Mozilla's Firefox managed to compete with it and some market researchers sustain that it is even more popular than its rival.
But the battle for the leader position is not a duo anymore as Opera and Safari make several efforts to challenge the two favorites. For example, the Cupertino company Apple recently rolled out the Windows version of Safari, a Mac-native browser. In addition, Opera Software has just published the 9.5 Alpha version that comes with exciting improvements able to boost the number of users and bring the browser back into the battle.
