Emtrace Technologies USA, Inc. has announced that it has introduced Moxier Mail Beta for the G1 mobile phone users. The new push Email client for the Android platform is the first of its kind to ever come to the Android market. The Moxier Mail Beta is able to deliver secure and direct push synchronization of corporate email with Microsoft's Exchange server 2003 & 2007 directly to the Android-powered phone.[admark=1]

Moxier Mail includes direct push technology licensed Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, which is able to leverage the productivity while allowing access to the exchange server on the G1 handset running under the Android operating system. Owners of such a phone are able to receive corporate e-mails, reply to urgent messages or compose new e-mails in similar ways to those provided by Blackberry and Windows Mobile smartphones.

Microsoft Exchange is a leading solution for messaging and collaborative software, and G1 will support it for all users through the Moxier Mail. Any changes made on the phone are instantly synced with the Microsoft Exchange server so that users will have their Microsoft Office Outlook updated as soon as they open it on their desktops.

Moxier Mail is built on many years of experience in wireless mobile solutions with platforms like Windows Mobile, LiMo, ALP or PalmOS. The company expects its Moxier line for Android-powered devices to further expand with more solutions to fit users' needs. Emtrace announced that the Moxier Mail Beta was available for free until March 31st, 2009, while the full version of Moxier Mail V1.0 was slated for launch afterwards.

Among the key features for Moxier Mail Beta we can count:

- Direct push synchronization with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 & 2007 - Easy to receive, reply, compose and delete Emails like on your computer - Secure environment with SSL support - HTML Email with Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 - Folder includes both inbox and sent items, additional folders unavailable - Sync up to 3 days - Attachments unavailable - Text body is limited to 1000 bytes - Other settings are unavailable - Inline images unavailable - 'Reply to all' unavailable - Contacts, Tasks and Calendar are unavailable
