Because we all love Katie Price, aka Jordan, and the glamour girl is more than aware of our feelings towards her, she has decided to become famous in the States, too. I know, becoming famous is not something that you just 'decide' to do, but seeing that we're talking about the woman who rose to the status of international celebrity by the power of her boobs, I say we should give her credit. Right?
So, for a while, Jordan was the star of her own reality show back in the UK, together with Peter Andre, her husband. As talented as she might be and despite the fact that many viewers tuned in to see how a day in the life of Katie and Andre looks like, the critics were not so keen on said show. To speak the truth, they kinda killed it altogether for being fake and, well... bad.
But that didn't seem to affect Jordan in the least: she was contacted by E! Entertainment and offered a chance of conquering the US audience too, a la Beckham. What this means is that her show will air in America too, in the hope that she and Peter will finally be able to conquer the only place in the world that was left unconquered (just like in Posh and David's case).
The 'Katie and Peter' show will focus on the couple's life, from the moment they got engaged to the birth of their first child (they are now expecting their second) and it will divided into three parts: 'When Jordan Met Peter', 'Jordan and Peter: Laid Bare' and 'Marriage and Mayhem', according to during which stage of their relationship the footage was shot.
Useless to say, I'm all a bundle of excitement over this right now! The show premieres on April 21st and a spokesperson for E! confirmed that it will be groundbreaking, at the same time promising it will be like nothing we have ever seen. 'We realized that this a really fun couple, and they really gave [producers] all access. In the U.S., it's getting a little harder to get the full access to a celebrity's lives.', he said.
Looks like Posh will have some tough competition in taking over America... You know her boobs are not as powerful as Jordan's...
